Alyah Bridges

Alyah Bridges, MPH, CPH, CIC, currently serves as an OPS Biological Scientist IV at Florida Health, overseeing infection control assessments for multiple counties including Highlands, DeSoto, Hendry, Glades, and Okeechobee since August 2023. Previously, Alyah worked as an Infection Preventionist at NCH Healthcare System from August 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating infection prevention activities and conducting epidemiological investigations to enhance patient outcomes. Prior experience also includes a role as an Infection Preventionist at HCA Healthcare from May 2021 to August 2022, focusing on surveillance and investigations of infectious diseases through the application of epidemiological principles. Alyah holds a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in Infection Control from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Art/Art Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University.
