Jeff Shura

Jeff Shura has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jeff currently holds the position of Sr. Vice President of Engineering & Technology at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at Plenty® from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they worked at Conagra Brands for over a decade, where they held various positions including Sr. Director of Engineering, Director of Engineering - Snacks, Operations Business Director Premium Frozen Meals, and Operations Business Director Snacks and Global Markets. Jeff started their career at Kraft Foods in 1990, where they held several roles including Business Development and Engineering Manager, Sr. Manager Business Process Simplification, Business Team Engineer, Sr. Process Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor/Superintendent, and Maintenance planner/supervisor.

Jeff Shura received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1986 to 1990.
