Renato Resende

Renato Resende, MBA has extensive work experience in the food industry, specifically in food safety, quality, and regulatory affairs. From 2014 to 2021, they served as Corporate Regional Quality Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc., a member-owned agricultural cooperative with annual sales of $15 billion USD. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. In 2021, Renato joined Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries as the Regional Quality Director, where they continued to oversee quality assurance. In August 2023, they were promoted to Vice President of Food Safety, Quality, Talent Development & Product Innovation, showcasing their leadership and strategic skills.

Renato Resende, MBA has a Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Viçosa, which they obtained from 1994 to 2000. Renato then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, from 2003 to 2005. In 2017 to 2018, Renato completed an Executive Program in Leadership Development at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
