Mithlesh Kumar

Mithlesh Kumar began their work experience in 2021 as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. Mithlesh worked in this role from July 2021 to February 2022. In 2022, Mithlesh joined Honeywell as an Advanced Electrical Design Engineer, where they worked from March 2022 to April 2023. Currently, they are working as a Sensor R&D Engineer at Flusso Limited, starting from May 2023.

Mithlesh Kumar completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Electrical Engineering from 2015 to 2021 at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Microelectronics and VLSI design at the National Institute of Technology Silchar. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2022.
