Nataliia Tovstenko🇺🇦

Nataliia Tovstenko has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Nataliia is currently working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at FLYR Labs since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Tech Talent Partner at Quin from December 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Quin, Nataliia worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Infront ASA from June 2021 to November 2021. Nataliia has also held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at EPAM Systems from February 2019 to May 2021. Additionally, they worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Ciklum from March 2018 to January 2019.

Nataliia's early career involved working as a Recruitment Specialist at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH from January 2017 to March 2018, where they were responsible for hiring non-tech and tech specialists and managing the recruitment process. Nataliia also worked as an Office Manager & PA at BIC from June 2016 to December 2016.

Nataliia Tovstenko 🇺🇦 began their education by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Foreign Philology at the National Pedagogical University 'M.P. Drahomanov' in Kyiv. Nataliia attended this institution from 2012 to 2016.

Following their bachelor's degree, Nataliia proceeded to further enhance their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master's degree in Public Management and Administration. Nataliia studied at the prestigious Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Nataliia has obtained a certification in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn in August 2022.
