Alexandra Mullins

Alexandra Mullins is an Engagement Manager and Senior Human Capital Consultant at FMP Consulting since November 2019, with experience leading organizational consulting for government and military projects, including precise performance measurement and analysis. Prior to their role at FMP Consulting, Alexandra served as Lead Organizational Consultant at Horizon Performance, LLC from March 2015 to November 2019, focusing on the development of elite military teams. Earlier, Alexandra worked as a Research Assistant at North Carolina State University, contributing to the design and validation of performance appraisal materials and psychometrically-sound personality scales. Alexandra holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from the same institution and brief education at the University of Oxford.
