Rachel Pierre-Champagne

Rachel Pierre-Champagne serves as the CEO of Innovators for Change, where leadership focuses on transforming Haiti’s development framework through innovative and sustainable initiatives. Concurrently, Rachel directs Fonkoze USA's Human Capacity Development Program, empowering marginalized populations in rural Haiti through national adult education. Previous experience includes heading projects at the Digicel Foundation Haiti, managing educational programs at BRAC Haiti, and consulting for BRAC USA. Rachel has held various roles in education and programming, including a Senior Program Manager at Working in Support of Education and an adjunct lecturer at John Jay College. Rachel holds a Master's degree from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree from Wheaton College, with additional studies at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
