Toni Smrček

Toni Smrček has a diverse work experience in the legal field. They currently hold the position of General Counsel at Fonoa since May 2020. In 2022, they also started working as an Attorney At Law. Prior to this, Toni was a Partner at LOVRIĆ NOVOKMET SMRČEK from September 2017 to April 2022. Before that, they worked at Šavorić & Partners, where they were a Partner from March 2015 to August 2017 and an Attorney At Law from March 2011 to February 2015. Toni also has experience as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Addiko Invest d.d. from November 2016 to July 2017 and at DIOKI d.d. Petrochemical & Processing Industry from February 2011 to November 2013. Additionally, they have gained international experience as a Pegasus Scholar at 3 Hare Court Chambers, No5 Barristers' Chambers, and 4 Stone Buildings in 2012. Prior to these roles, Toni worked as an Associate at Žurić i Partneri from February 2008 to February 2011.

Toni Smrček began their education in 2002 at the University of Roehampton, where they obtained a Cambridge CPE degree in English. From 2003 to 2008, they attended the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, earning their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with the highest honors (summa cum laude) in the field of Law. They later pursued further education at the University of Cambridge from 2011 to 2012, completing their Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Law.
