Gui Becerra

Gui Becerra has extensive experience at Fonterra, serving in various roles since February 2005, including IS Service Delivery Manager and IS Operational Support Manager, focusing on incident and problem management, service improvement programs, and multi-vendor governance. Prior to these positions, Gui held roles as a Business Support Analyst, ensuring the successful delivery of ERP system projects, and as Supply Chain Team Lead, overseeing secondary process order management, root cause analysis, and a team of 16 staff. Additionally, Gui was a Market Services Coordinator handling supply chain order management for key accounts and initially worked as the Microbiology Laboratory Team Lead, supervising laboratory operations and maintaining accreditation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Technology from The University of Waikato and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Energy and Environmental Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University.
