Tracey Wood

Tracey Wood is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the People & Culture Director for Global Markets and Australia & APAC at Fonterra since February 2021, Tracey has previously held various senior roles at Mars from September 2000 to September 2020, including Vice President of Human Resources for Mars Wrigley North America and Mars Chocolate North America. Earlier career experience includes positions at BHP Transport as a Senior Employee Relations Officer and the Department of Workplace Relations as a Policy Officer. Tracey holds a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a BA (Hons) in Industrial Relations & Political Science from The University of Western Australia.
