Lisa Ferre

Lisa Ferre has extensive experience in the mining and service industries, currently serving as a Training Coordinator at Foran Mining since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa spent over a decade at Hudbay Minerals Inc., where positions included Safety Coordinator/Trainer for the Stall Mill, Zinc Plant Training Coordinator, and roles as a boilermaker and mill laborer. Additional experience includes working as a waitress/bartender at The Hooter/Copperbelt Hotel and serving as a Plant Protection Officer at Hudbay Minerals Inc. earlier in their career. Lisa began their professional journey at Westburne Electric in warehouse operations. Lisa holds a Red Seal in Boilermaking from Red River College and has completed education at Northland College, CDI - Career Development Institute, and graduated from Hapnot Collegiate with a Grade 12 diploma.
