Elizabeth Russell, CSPO has a wealth of experience in the customer success and emergency management fields. Elizabeth began their career in 2006 as a Research Assistant and Administrative Assistant at Elmira College. In 2008, they served as a Program Assistant at WorldTeach. In 2009, they were an Emergency Management Intern at 171 Cedar Arts Center. From 2010 to 2016, they were an Instructor and Faculty Advisor at American Public University System. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Project Supervisor and Private Contractor at H2O Partners, Inc. and a Director of Product at Perdix Knowledge Management. In 2016, they were a Conference and Content Producer at Eventful Conferences. In 2021, they founded and became CEO of Russell Street Consultancy. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Manager at Forerunner.
Elizabeth Russell, CSPO, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and Theirtory from Elmira College in 2009. Elizabeth then went on to pursue their Master's Degree in Management, with a Concentration in Emergency Management and Disaster Preparedness, which they completed in 2010. In November 2021, they obtained their Continuous Product Design (CPD) Foundations certification from Continuous Product Design Certified. Finally, in January 2021, they obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
