Stephanie Christel

Stephanie Christel is a Senior Quality Engineer at Form Energy since April 2023, bringing extensive experience from Niagara Bottling, where roles included Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Management Development Program Fellow from June 2014 to April 2023. While at Niagara Bottling, Stephanie acted as HACCP Coordinator and SQF Practitioner, leading Food Safety and Quality initiatives during the startup and initial operations of the Bloomfield plant. Prior to this, Stephanie served as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, gaining hands-on experience in production and engineering processes. Earlier experience includes a Research Assistant position at The Ohio State University, analyzing mass spectra of fossilized organic molecules, and a team member role at Chick-fil-A, which developed customer service and multitasking skills. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, completed in 2015.
