Brice Le Roy has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2000 with Teisseire as an R&D Project Manager (Beverages). In 2005, they moved to Orangina Schweppes, again as an R&D Project Manager (Beverages). In 2008, they joined Yoplait as an R&D Group Manager (Dairy) with responsibilities including team management, portfolio supervision, and product development on Kids Yoplait brands. Brice also served as an R&D Innovation Entrepreneur (Dairy). In 2014, they moved to General Mills as a Global Innovation Coach - Dairy Business and I-Squad / Project Manager. Currently, they are employed at Formo as Lead Product Design & Insights.
