Cecilie Sendstad

Cecilie Sendstad's work experience includes roles at various companies. Cecilie is currently a Chief Scientist at Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt - FFI, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Manager for the research program Kostnadsanalyser at FFI from February 2017 to January 2022. Cecilie was also the Competence Manager responsible for the field of economics at FFI from August 2012 to June 2017. Before joining FFI, Cecilie worked as a Researcher at the same organization from August 2006 to February 2017.

Outside of FFI, they have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant at Universitetet i Bergen from August 2005 to June 2006. Cecilie also worked as a Receptionist/Barista at Crowded House/Fusion and was responsible for managing the company during the manager's absence during the summer of 2004. Additionally, they worked as a Home Assistant at Bergen kommune from March 2003 to March 2004. Their earliest work experience was as a Receptionist at Vikingskipet Motell og Vandrerhjem, where they also managed the company during the manager's absence during the summer of 2002.

Cecilie Sendstad's education history is as follows:

From 2022 to 2023, Cecilie attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and pursued an Executive MBA with a focus on Strategisk ledelse (Strategic Leadership).

In 2020, they briefly studied Innovasjonsledelse (Innovation Management) at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) within the field of Bedriftsadministrasjon og -ledelse (Business Administration and Management).

Between 2000 and 2006, Cecilie obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Bergen (UiB).

In 2004 and 2005, they were enrolled at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, where they completed a part of their Master's degree in Economics and Management Science.

Cecilie's education journey began at Hamar Katedralskole from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued Almennfag (General Studies). Their areas of study included Matematikk (Mathematics), Fysikk (Physics), Spansk (Spanish), and Kjemi (Chemistry - 2KJ).

In 1997 and 1998, they attended ESDEO (Escuela Secundaria de Oriente), where they pursued a videregående (secondary education) degree with a focus on Økonomi (Economics).
