Attila Kolya

Kolya Yastrebenetsky has extensive experience in process integration within the semiconductor industry, currently serving as DMTS advanced DRAM process integration lead at Micron Technology since May 2010, where responsibilities have included leadership roles in process integration and R&D. Prior experience includes positions as a process integration engineer at Numonyx, focusing on 45nm NOR FLASH process technology development, and at Intel Corporation, where duties encompassed manufacturing process technology integration and yield analysis for various CMOS technologies. Kolya's foundational experience in the military includes serving as a Tactical Officer in the Israel Defense Forces and as a Battery Commander in the Israeli Air Force. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, both obtained from Tel Aviv University.
