Vlad Stanciu

Vlad Stanciu has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and management. Vlad is currently working at UiPath as the Director of Engineering since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Principal Engineering Manager at UiPath from March 2021 to March 2022. Before joining UiPath, Vlad worked at Ixia as a Software Engineering Manager from January 2018 to August 2019, and as a Technical Lead from April 2014 to January 2018. Vlad started their career at Valahia Software in 2005 as a Co-Owner until August 2016. Additionally, they worked at Daimon Tehn as a Software Consultant from August 2009 to January 2012 and at SIVECO Romania as a Senior Software Developer from July 2010 to March 2011. Vlad also gained experience as a Software Developer at Else Digital Solutions from June 2006 to April 2008 and at INCDSB from September 2005 to June 2006.

Vlad Stanciu obtained their Engineer degree in Systems Engineering in Automation and Applied Informatics from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Vlad then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering and Management of Business Systems at the same university, completing it in 2011.
