Joshua Gutierrez

Joshua Gutierrez has extensive experience in the finance and accounting field. Joshua most recently served as the Vice President of Asset Management at Fortress Investment Group, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked at The KYA Group, where they held the role of Controller from April 2022 to December 2023, and Assistant Controller from June 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining The KYA Group, Joshua worked as an Associate in Asset Management at Fortress Investment Group from October 2020 to June 2021. Joshua also gained valuable experience as an Assistant Controller at The KYA Group from November 2018 to October 2020, and at Landmark Dividend LLC from January 2014 to November 2018.

Earlier in their career, Joshua held the position of Senior Accountant at Landmark Dividend LLC from March 2012 to January 2014, and served as a Staff/Property Accountant at Grubb & Ellis from December 2010 to March 2012, and at BentleyForbes from July 2008 to December 2010.

Joshua Gutierrez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University in the years 2004 to 2008.
