Sydney Daigle started their work experience in 2014 as a Cashier at Essence on Main, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they started working as a Physical Therapy Technician at Specialists in Rehabilitation Medicine, P.C., and continued until 2019. In 2019, they joined YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit as an Intern and later became a Lifestyle Coach until the end of the year. In 2020, Sydney worked as a Cardiac Rehab Intern at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital from January to March, and then moved to Munson Medical Center, where they worked as an Exercise Physiologist until August 2022. Currently, they work as a Health Coach at Forum Health, starting from September 2022.
Sydney Daigle obtained their Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Oakland University, completing their education there from 2015 to 2019. Sydney has also acquired several certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association in February 2022, Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM EP-C) from the American College of Sports Medicine in July 2020, Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED from Michiana Healthcare Education Center in April 2019, and CPR Certification from the American Heart Association's Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) in April 2017.
