Kacper Kociumbas

Kacper Kociumbas is an experienced leader in diplomacy and communication, currently serving as Chair and member of the Programme Council at Forum Młodych Dyplomatów since November 2019, where responsibilities include advising on external cooperation and managing organizational activities. Kacper has held various roles in advocacy and policy, including membership in the Advocacy Youth Working Group for the Council of the Baltic Sea States and serving as Account Executive at LOW. Previous experience encompasses intern positions at the European Parliament Liaison Office in Wrocław and with MEP Marek Belka, along with significant involvement in local government as Subinspector and Coordinator in Milicz Youth Council. Kacper's educational background includes a Master of Arts from the College of Europe, an Executive Diploma in the Art of Diplomacy from the European Academy of Diplomacy, and degrees in International Relations and Management from the University of Wroclaw and Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, respectively.
