Ben Carson began their career in 2009 as an Account Manager at Forward Edge. In this role, they worked directly with the CEO and was responsible for maintaining customer accounts on a daily basis, providing quotes, technical support and customer satisfaction. Ben was also required to meet a monthly sales quota and manage projects from start to finish, meeting specified deadlines. Additionally, they served as an IT Technician for the company. In 2012, they took on an internship with the Cincinnati Cyclones as a Marketing and Ticket Sales Intern.
Ben Carson received their high school diploma from Lockland High School in 2008. Ben then attended the University of Cincinnati and obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Sports Administration and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General in 2013. Additionally, they hold a Certified Google Educator certification from Google.
