Laura Mulcahy

Laura Mulcahy has extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism industries, currently serving as a Guest Service Agent at Fota Island Resort since May 2012. Previous roles include Cycling & Tour Assistant at Rad International for a brief period in 2013 and Ski Representative (Lead) at Directski.com from December 2008 to April 2013. Additionally, Laura worked as a Tour Guide for Topdeck Travel between March and November 2011. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Spanish from University College Cork, obtained from 2003 to 2007, Laura combines educational background with practical experience in diverse customer service roles.
