Associate Director, Cal LAW Pathways at FOUNDATION FOR CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY COLLEGES

Amy Crabb has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Amy currently holds the position of Associate Director of Resource Development and Strategic Planning for Cal LAW Pathways at the Foundation for California Community Colleges. In this role, Amy is responsible for improving the student experience and expanding pathways to economic and social mobility across California's community colleges.

Prior to their current role, Amy served as the Fund Development Officer and Executive Director of the Foundation at the Desert Recreation District. Amy also held the position of Senior Manager of Development at The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens.

Amy's experience also includes executive-level positions such as Executive Director at the Sonoma County Lodging Association and the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association. Amy also served as the Director of Development at the COUNCIL ON AGING SERVICES FOR SENIORS.

Earlier in their career, Amy worked in various marketing and public relations roles at Artisan Sotheby's International Realty, the Southwest Florida Symphony Orchestra and Chorus Association, and as the owner of their own event management company, Memorable Events.

Amy's previous experience also includes their role as an Account Executive at Magnaquench International, where they managed a significant portion of the company's business in the US-based Asia-Pacific market.

Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated a strong focus on fundraising, development, marketing, and strategic planning, utilizing their skills to drive growth and success for the organizations they have worked with.

Amy Crabb has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Business from Indiana University Bloomington. Amy also holds a Certification as a Professional Social Media Specialist from Sonoma State University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to their higher education, Amy attended Hagerstown Jr Sr High School. Additionally, they have completed a Certificate in California Naturalist from Santa Rosa Junior College, focusing on Natural Resources/Conservation, General, between 2016 and 2018.
