Nila Rosen

Nila Rosen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Nila currently works as the Director of Learning and Research at the Foundation for Jewish Camp, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, Nila served as the Director of Strategy, Integration, and Special Projects at The California Children's Trust. In this role, they led a statewide systems change initiative focused on improving child health outcomes.

Before their work at The California Children's Trust, Nila was a Senior Consultant at Informing Change from 2015 to 2018. In this position, they provided consultation and technical assistance to organizations in areas such as change management, strategic planning, research and evaluation, and organizational development.

From 2011 to 2015, Nila worked as a Research and Evaluation Specialist at the University of California, Berkeley. Nila developed methods and tools for research and evaluation efforts with a focus on behavior change and creating healthier environments.

Nila's work experience also includes serving as the Manager of Community Programs at Artspan from 1996 to 2000. In this role, they secured grants for youth programs, managed operations, and organized public and fundraising events.
