Neeraj Agarwal

Neeraj Agarwal has over 20 years of experience in various creative and leadership roles. Neeraj is currently the Head of India Delivery Centre at Founder + Lightning since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager of Operations at ucreate.it from 2017 to 2019, and as a Director & Creative Head from 2015 to 2017. Neeraj also held the position of Director & Creative Head at NutsItLab Pvt. Ltd. from 2011 to 2014. Neeraj started their career as a Creative Director at Effectz in 2005 and later worked as a Sr Design Team Lead at A-1 Technology Pvt. Ltd. from 2001 to 2005.
