Michael Catalano

Michael Catalano has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2020, they became the General Partner and Co-Founder of PURE Property Management, the fastest growing profitable residential property management and technology company in the U.S. From 2016 to present, they have served as the Founder/CEO of NextGen Property Ventures, Inc, a Board of Director for HappyCo (Happy Inspector) and Fourandhalf - Internet Marketing for Property Managers, and the CEO of Real Estate Connections from 2000 to 2016.

Michael Catalano attended California State University, Chico from 1992 to 1996 and studied Business. Michael also obtained a Real Estate Broker's License from the California Department of Real Estate.
