Dustin Wayne

Dustin Wayne has been a Membership Service Specialist at Fox Valley Family YMCA since May 2017, where responsibilities include handling phone communications, processing registrations, and overseeing membership operations while maintaining a strong knowledge of YMCA programs. In addition to this role, Dustin has served as a School Age Child Care Counselor, leading both before and after school programs as well as summer camp, and has also worked as a Sports Coordinator, focusing on the planning and success of youth and adult sports programs. Since October 2019, Dustin has been coaching the 14u Kendall County Rebels Baseball Team. Dustin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Western Governors University, earned between 2020 and 2023, and previously attended Waubonsee Community College and Dominican University.
