Michelle Eyink

Michelle Eyink is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 25 years of diverse expertise in the field. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources and Administration at FPA (First Pacific Advisors) since October 2013, Michelle has previously held significant roles including Human Resources Manager at Andersen and Regional Talent Development Manager at BDO USA, LLP. At BDO USA, LLP, responsibilities included managing national tax curriculum and talent development, fostering positive employee relationships, and providing strategic HR guidance to business leaders. Earlier in the career, Michelle served as Human Resources Manager at Metropolitan West Securities, where leadership in HR strategy and performance enhancement was pivotal. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Bowling Green State University.
