Brittany Taylor

Brittany Taylor, CAM, CAPS has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Brittany most recently worked as a Community Director, CAPS at FPI Management starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Property Manager, CAM at Pillar Properties from December 2019 to May 2022. Brittany also held the role of Assistant Property Manager at the same company from May 2019 to December 2019. Before joining Pillar Properties, they worked as a Leasing Specialist, NALP at the same company from July 2018 to May 2019.

Before their roles in the real estate industry, Brittany worked at Security Properties Residential as a Leasing Manager from March 2017 to July 2018, and as a Lease Up Specialist from August 2016 to March 2017. Prior to that, they worked at First Citizens Bank as an SSR from September 2013 to June 2015, and at JPMorgan Chase as a Senior Teller from April 2010 to April 2013.

Brittany Taylor, CAM, CAPS, has a diverse educational background. Brittany attended Interlake High School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained their high school diploma. Later, they pursued their higher education at Cascadia Community College from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2014 and 2015, Brittany attended Everett Community College to study Project Management. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP).
