Rachael Rae is an experienced HR management professional with a strong background in overseeing operational teams and delivering exceptional customer service. Currently serving as a Manager at Fragomen since January 2016, Rachael manages a large team supporting the UK Inbound legal teams, focusing on team workflow, service level agreements, and maintaining high-quality standards.
