Senior Director of Compliance

Audra has over twenty years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on compliance. Senior is currently the Senior Director of Compliance at FranchiCzar, where they oversee the Claims Intake and Claims Financial Analysis Teams in Houston, TX, the Financial Analysis team in Nashville, TN, and the offshore support team in Manila, Philippines. Senior has direct supervision of 12 staff members and indirect oversight of 30+.

Audra reports financial results for their department, which pays out over 20,000 claims annually totaling more than 2 Billion dollars. Senior reports to the Vice President of Claims. Prior to their current role, Audra was the Director of Life Claims at AIG from July 2010 to August 2018, and before that they were a Claims Manager at AIG from June 1999 to March 2008.
