Laura Elek

Laura Elek has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Vice President Human Resources at the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Human Resources Director and Senior Manager of HR at the same organization. Laura also worked as a Staffing Manager at the foundation. Before joining the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, Laura worked as a Workforce Specialist at MAXIMUS. Prior to that, they worked for Dillard's Inc. as a Selling Business Manager, where they managed the lingerie department and achieved over $1 million in annual sales. In addition, Laura has experience as a Supervisor and Pet Adoption Coordinator at The Rescue Pawtique of PAWS. Laura has also worked as a consultant in marketing and business development, as well as held managerial positions at Sentara Healthcare, Carilion Clinic, and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Laura Elek has completed a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Arizona State University. Additionally, they have obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Averett University.
