Ryan Dillon

Ryan Dillon is an experienced Operations Manager at Franklin Energy since November 2018, leading an Operations Team for the NYSEG/RGE Commercial and Industrial Rebate Program and serving as a technical resource for systems and process development. Previously, Ryan worked as an Energy Engineer, evaluating compliance of rebate applications and assessing energy efficiency in large HVAC systems. Prior experience includes roles as a Continuous Improvement Engineer and Precision Optics Fabricator at Optimax Systems, Inc., along with management positions in the hospitality industry. Ryan holds a Master of Engineering in Sustainability and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, complemented by an Associate of Science in Engineering Science from Monroe Community College.
