Deanna van Patten

DeAnna Van Patten has a diverse work experience spanning several years. DeAnna started their career at CIGNA Healthcare in 1996, where they worked in healthcare insurance services until 2002. In 2007, they joined FranklinCovey as a Business Developer, and in this role, they contributed to developing the company's business.

From 2009 to 2010, DeAnna served as an Inside Sales Partner, where they supported the Client Partner team in developing new relationships and driving business development for strategic partnerships.

From 2010 to 2016, they worked as a Client Partner, collaborating with corporate educators and business unit leaders to implement training programs and prescribe strategic interventions using FranklinCovey's content and products.

In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Strategic Business Partner in Michigan, working with HR teams and mid to senior-level executives to develop training programs and consulting solutions.

In 2020, DeAnna became the Director of Strategic Partnerships at FranklinCovey, focusing on transforming organizations and building exceptional leaders, teams, and cultures. Currently, they hold the position of Education Success Partner, specializing in successfully implementing the Leader in Me® process in schools and providing comprehensive support throughout the implementation journey.

DeAnna Van Patten completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Phoenix between the years 2003 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Ross Medical Education Center-Saginaw for a brief period in 1996, but did not earn a degree. In the years 1993 to 1995, DeAnna studied at Lansing Community College, although the specific field of study is unknown. DeAnna completed their high school education at Haslett High School from 1991 to 1993.
