Kelsi Heinold has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kelsi started their career as an Office Intern at Goshen Die Cutting Inc in May 2012, where they assisted in implementing a company-wide computer system and assessed invoices for accuracy. From July 2014 to August 2014, they worked as a Childcare Specialist at Jill's House, where they provided guidance, supervision, and assistance to assigned children.
In August 2015, Kelsi became an ABA Therapist at Lighthouse Autism Center, where they implemented custom behavior protocols, conducted individualized acquisition trials, and worked one-on-one with designated clients. Kelsi then joined Spectrum of Hope in July 2016 as an ABA Therapist, responsible for applying educational goals, behavior intervention plans, and recording data for each client. Kelsi was also certified in Safety Care to prevent and deescalate problematic situations.
In April 2018, Kelsi took on the role of Special Education Department Chairperson at Briargrove Elementary School until June 2019. There, they oversaw the department's operations and contributed to the development of special education programs.
Most recently, Kelsi has held the position of Director Of Strategic Partnerships at FranklinCovey since August 2019. In this role, they help transform organizations by building exceptional leaders, teams, and cultures based on timeless principles of human effectiveness.
Kelsi Heinold obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 2012 to 2015.
