Emily Ma currently serves as a Product Development Scientist II at Rich Products Corporation and has held the position of Senior Food Technologist at f'real foods since February 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Food Technologist at f'real foods and a Product Development Intern at Mattson, where responsibilities included creating and testing product samples and analyzing market opportunities. Emily also interned in sensory science at Kagome USA, Inc., improving testing procedures and presenting findings to company employees. Prior to that, Emily contributed as a Sensory Research Assistant at the University of California, Davis, and engaged in community service event planning as an Administrative Board Member for Circle K International. Emily earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis, in 2017.
