Jeff Goodman

Jeff Goodman, PMP, serves as a Project Management Senior Manager at Freddie Mac since February 2022, bringing extensive experience in program and project management, particularly within financial system transformations. Previously, Jeff held the role of Associate Pastor at Mount Olivet United Methodist Church and worked as a Project Management Consultant for several organizations including Clarendon Partners, Allegiance Advisory Group, and NightStar Advisory Group, primarily serving Freddie Mac as a client. Notably, Jeff's earlier tenure at Freddie Mac spanned almost three decades, culminating as Director of Finance Change Management, where responsibilities included managing a $45 million initiative portfolio and leading major implementations of financial systems such as PeopleSoft and Hyperion Planning. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia and a Master of Arts from Wesley Theological Seminary, alongside advanced business education from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
