Kaitlyn Harvey

Kaitlyn Harvey is an experienced GIS Analyst currently serving as an Associate GIS Analyst with Frederick County Government, Maryland, since September 2022. Responsibilities include transitioning GIS databases, managing water and sewer infrastructure datasets, and integrating data with Cartegraph Enterprise Asset Management Software. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn held positions such as Planning Specialist II in the Recycling Division at Howard County Government and Comprehensive Planner I at Carroll County.
