Arlyn Davich

Arlyn Davich is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Free Rein Coffee Company since July 2023, Arlyn is also the Chairwoman at Little Fish and a Board Member at Caliper Foods, contributing to the development of precisely formulated hemp-derived soluble cannabinoids. Previous positions include President at ShopShops, where Arlyn played a key role in enhancing the digital shopping experience, and President of Allswell Home, which launched Walmart's first Omni D2C brand. Arlyn’s earlier tenure as VP/GM at Walmart eCommerce focused on building tech-enabled consumer brands, and as Founder/CEO at PayPerks, significant business growth was achieved before the company's acquisition. Arlyn holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a co-founder of the Bowdoin Startup Series.
