Huw Birrell

Huw Birrell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food industry and corporate finance. Currently serving as Co-Managing Director at Fresho! since January 2016, Huw has been instrumental in leading the company, which specializes in providing software solutions for the food sector. Prior to this role, Huw worked as a Seed Investor and Financial Advisor at LATAM Autos from July 2014 to January 2015, and held the position of Corporate Finance Manager for Pacific Hydro in Chile from November 2008 to June 2014. Huw began a career at EY as an Associate Director in Mergers & Acquisitions from January 2005 to November 2008. Huw holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne, obtained in December 2000.
