John Glover

John Glover currently serves as the Chief External Affairs Officer and Strategic Advisor at Friendship Public Charter School, a position held since July 2021. Previously, John founded and led Alpha Public Schools from May 2011 to July 2021, managing a network that supported 1,800 students from underserved communities with a $23 million budget and successfully raising over $5 million. John's earlier experience includes leadership roles at AIM Schools, where three charter schools achieved top state test scores, and positions at Ameriprise Financial Services and Amica Mutual Insurance. John holds an Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Theology from Boston College.
