Liisa Koivusalo

Liisa Koivusalo is an AI Trainer at Front AI since October 2022, specializing in customer service automation and supporting clients in the development of chatbots and voice bots using conversational and generative AI. Previous experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Jyväskylä, where Liisa contributed to the DigiTala research project through speech sample annotations and presented at the phonetics research conference Fonetiikan päivät. Liisa's background includes an internship at Statistics Finland focusing on the Time Use Survey and a student internship at the University of Helsinki working with the language learning game Pop2Talk. Additionally, Liisa has held multiple office secretary positions at Helsingin seudun ympäristöpalvelut HSY, handling various administrative tasks. Liisa holds a Master of Arts in Phonetics and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of Helsinki, as well as a High School Diploma from Tapiola Upper Secondary School.
