Tracey Springer

Tracey Springer is an experienced legal operations manager with a diverse background in legal and management roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Legal Operations at Frontdoor, Inc. since March 2022, Tracey previously held the same title at Thrasio from December 2020 to March 2022 and contributed to legal operations at WW (formerly Weight Watchers) for nearly two decades. Early career experience includes roles at Arrow Electronics, New Jersey Devils, and NEC, culminating in a solid foundation in legal assistance and management development. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Legal Studies from Farmingdale State College and has additional qualifications with a Paralegal Certificate from Kaplan University and an AOS in Office/Computer Technology from Briarcliffe College.
