Sushil Badukale

Sushil Badukale has a strong background in production engineering and operations management. Sushil currently serves as the Head of Operations at FS-Elliott since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited as a Manufacturing Manager, where they were responsible for developing and executing production plans, leading projects, and ensuring project performance through reviews. Before that, Sushil worked as a Production Engineer at RAJ PROCESS EQUIPMENTS AND SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED from August 2012 to March 2015, and at Rakhoh Boilers Pune from April 2010 to April 2012, where they handled production planning, manpower allocation, and overall work management.

Sushil Badukale attended D. Y. Patil Pratishthans D.Y. Patil College of Engineering in Pune from 2005 to 2009. Sushil obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Production engineering from this institution.

Additionally, Sushil Badukale has earned a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - MENA in October 2020.
