Lars Kronblad has extensive experience in global service delivery management, currently serving as Head of Service Delivery at Fujitsu since December 2010, where a range of service director roles have also been held. Prior to this, Lars worked at GoExcellent as Manager Client Relations, focusing on call center management, and at Unisys as Key Account Manager, further emphasizing expertise in service delivery. Education includes a Master of Science from Stockholm University and an Engineer's degree from Jakobsbergs Gymnasium.
