Tittu Thomas is currently the Head of Delivery at Fulfillment IQ, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Senior Business Analyst and IT Business System Analyst at the same company. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Warehouse Associate at Amazon. From 2008 to 2018, they were a Solutions Architect, Product Specialist, and Software Engineer at iInterchange Systems.

Tittu Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Vidya Academy of Science and Technology between 2004 and 2008. In 2009, they were awarded a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) from Microsoft Certifications. In 2018, they obtained a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the IIBA. Lastly, in 2022, they were awarded a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.
