Haley Lasley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Haley started their career in 2006 as a Fast Food Team Member at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where they worked until 2011.
In 2014, Haley joined NewSpring Church and held various positions over the years. Haley began as an Administrative Assistant, then became the Director Of Guest Services in 2016. In this role, they managed and trained a large team of volunteers, implemented effective communication strategies between departments, and organized events based on ongoing needs assessments. From 2020 to 2021, Haley served as the Connections Training Director at the church, where they developed training materials, designed an onboarding process for new hires, and utilized Looop LMS and Adult Learning Theory to enhance staff development.
