Morgan Jade Baker

Morgan Jade Baker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Morgan Jade started their career in 2016 as a Staffing Coordinator at St. Bernards Healthcare, where they worked until 2017. Morgan Jade then joined General Baptist Nursing Home as a Human Resources Manager from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they gained experience in managing HR functions. In 2019, they transitioned to Oberd - Universal Research Solutions, LLC, where they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Project Manager until 2022. Here, they developed their skills in providing high-level administrative support and project management. In 2022, they joined both M&A Science and DealRoom as a People Operations Manager, where they currently hold the position. Overall, Morgan has a strong background in people operations, executive support, and project management.

Morgan Jade Baker attended The Academies At Jonesboro High School from 2008 to 2011, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that time. From 2011 to 2016, Morgan attended Arkansas State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. In addition to their educational background, Morgan has obtained several certifications, including "Best HR Practices for Post-Close Certification" and "People Centric M&A" from M&A Science in April 2023, as well as "Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging for HR Professionals and Leaders" from LinkedIn in March 2023.
