Cynthia Whitfield-Story

Cynthia Whitfield-Story is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and risk management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at INSPIRE1, LLC Coaching and Consulting Firm since March 2021, Cynthia specializes in executive and leadership coaching, strategy development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this role, significant achievements were made at Allstate from 1981 to 2020, culminating in the position of Field Senior Vice President, where management of a two billion-dollar territory and oversight of over 3,000 team members was conducted. Cynthia holds a Master in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University, underscoring a strong foundation in leadership and business strategy.
