Karen Watson

Karen Watson, MSA, PCC, is an experienced professional in human resources and leadership development. Currently serving as Principal at Watson Leadership Solutions, LLC, Karen has also held roles such as Senior Consultant at NuBrick Partners and Fractional CHRO at Phlow. Previously, Karen was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Vanguard and Vice President of Global Human Resources at CSL. Karen holds a Master's of Science in Administration, specializing in Health Care Administration, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and has furthered education at Georgetown University.
